The VIP invitation
How we invite
- 1Choose someone for a genuine personal reason.
- 2Send a personal message or voice note with the digital invitation.
- 3Let them explore and reply, without proposing a time up front.
- 4Once they're interested, hold a private 30-minute call with the guest, the inviter, and an Encounter leader.
- 5Open with about five minutes of introductions, then the shared video, then questions.
- 6They decide, and enrol through the inviter's MWR route.
- 7Welcome them into the community.
