Guide
Get 10. Help them get 10.
Encounter's 10 × 10 building model, explained plainly for members who want to build.
Encounter's building model gives the team a shared goal: personally introduce ten members, then help each of those ten introduce ten of their own.
Build your ten through personal invitations
Find out what matters to the person: community, travel, or building a business. Keep the introduction relevant to them, use your own experiences, leave room for questions, and give a clear next step.
Help your ten build theirs
Work alongside the members who want to build. Help them make their first introduction, join their conversations, and support their follow-up.
Keep the community active
Bring people together through Travel Advantage activities each month, and help members use what they've joined for.
What it is and isn't
10 × 10 is a building model and an illustration of two levels of enrollment. It doesn't describe where everyone sits in the team structure, and it makes no promise about earnings or rank. For anything about compensation, ask your leader to walk you through the official MWR Life plan.
