Helping your ten build theirs
Work alongside the members who want to build, and teach the same process.
Until you have 5 people on your team, stay with the regular daily. Once you have 5 people, join the Leaders edition and get both.
Get 10. Help them get 10. When someone joins and wants to build, help them identify their own ten and begin supporting their conversations, with an experienced leader involved.
What support looks like
Help them make their first introduction, join their conversations, and support their follow-up. Teach the same process so they can support their own people.

After they join
“Now that you're in, would you like to start your own list? Let's do it together next week. Bring three names and why they came to mind.”
Track it simply
Keep track of your personal ten, who wants to build, who they're introducing, and where they need support.
