Until you have 5 people on your team, stay with the regular daily. Once you have 5 people, join the Leaders edition and get both.
The Málaga training describes a simple record for each person your team invites. If you haven't seen it yet, it's available in the Community. The value is remembering people and helping new members know what to do next.
What to note
- 1Interest: community, travel, or business, and their reason in their own words.
- 2Last step: invitation sent, reply received, or leader introduced.
- 3Next step: the action agreed, who owns it, and any agreed date.
Keep the conversation first
A viewing notification gives context. It never replaces a conversation. Use the team's agreed tools, and keep improving them while you keep talking to people.
