Leaders guide
Running team practice
The six-minute pair practice and the 45-minute session from the Málaga training, available in the Community.
Until you have 5 people on your team, stay with the regular daily. Once you have 5 people, join the Leaders edition and get both.
The six-minute practice
Pair up two members. One asks, "What is Encounter?" The other gives one sentence and stops. Continue for two minutes using genuine questions, then switch roles. Afterwards, ask each person where they started answering questions nobody asked.
The 45-minute session
- 10 to 5 minutes: choose three people and explain why each fits Encounter.
- 25 to 15 minutes: practice the one-sentence opening, the pause, and the first question.
- 315 to 25 minutes: write a personal invitation and practice responding to interest.
- 425 to 35 minutes: rehearse bringing a leader into a conversation.
- 535 to 45 minutes: check the invitation and support links, and have each person name one action they'll take next.
Review quality
Ask who felt understood, what created curiosity, and where the explanation got too long.
